Fermented in static fermenters with gentle pump overs each day. Each parcel was then pressed, settled and matured with a selection French oak prior to being blended.

A vibrant aromas of rose petals, cherry and boysenberry, complemented with vanillin and cedary oak on the palate.

This full bodied Cabernet shows blackberry, blueberry, mint julep, rosemary and ripe red capsicum on the bouquet.

The palate delivers blueberry, star anise, Kalamata olive, black cherry and bramble, all enveloped by firm-controlled tannins and savoury oak.

The cool vintage has provided us with a wine of great length and varietal purity exhibiting kiwi, lime and lemongrass with hints of mineral and elderberry.
