A bouquet of satsuma plum, balck cherry, raspberry, chocolate, mocha and vanilla bean pairs with a palate of boysenberry, blackberry, pepper, coconut, spice, and toasty oak.
Sourced from selected blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon 73% and Merlot 27% the base wines were matured in a selection of 2- and 3-year-old French oak barriques for 2 years.
Fermented in static fermenters with gentle pump overs each day. Each parcel was then pressed, settled and matured with a selection French oak prior to being blended.
