The 2021 Vintage conditions in McLaren Vale were suited for maturing Shiraz to its ideal ripening potential with warm dry days and cool nights producing fruit of exceptional quality.
The bouquet has luscious ripe red fruits of Satsuma plum, black cherry and raspberry complimented with chocolate box, mocha and vanilla bean. The palate continues with rich intense fruit flavours of boysenberry, blackberry, pepper, coconut, spice and toasty oak delivering a well-balanced wine.
Approachable now or will reward with cellaring under the right conditions.
