The inaugural release of our apertif style sparkling Cuvée is a delicate and complex blend of 60% Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and 40% McLaren Vale Pinot Noir.
The palate is full and generous, showing great texture and mouthfeel, it displays liquorice, spicy black plum, red currant, and blackberry, with a tinge of pepper.
