We maintain the tradition of ageing our fortified wines through a solero barrel maturation system, producing expceptional examples of fortified wines.

Rich and full bodied showing sweet old wood, chocolate, raisins and rancio characters. Luscious mouth feel, with a long lasting finish.

Aged in old barrels until it develops some rancio complexity, it displays ripe apricot in colour with the palate delivering raisin, marmalade and floral notes.
