The vintage conditions in 2024 were warm and dry allowing for perfect ripening conditions of our Chardonnay in McLaren Vale. After pressing and settling, the juice was fermented with a selection of French oak and completed partial malolactic fermentation with lees stirring.
The wine displays a bouquet of honeydew melon, apple and peach complemented with toasted oak. The palate is well balanced with fruit acidity and oak influence combining for a wine with fruit intensity, texture and length.
