The McLaren Vale Chardonnay has luscious ripe melon and yellow peach characteristics whilst the Adelaide Hills Chardonnay delivers lovely grapefruit and green apple. Matured on yeast lees with French oak for ten months this wine has lovely acidity and fruit intensity.
